Gabriella (NPC)

Gabriella is human and has shoulder length red hair. She is approximately 15 or 16 years of age. Most times she dresses as a traveler and wears a fine black hooded cloak. Gabriella also likes to adorn herself with an occasional piece of costume jewelry.

Gabriella spent many years traveling with her father who is a merchant. She has seen a lot of Flanaess. The party originally met Gabriella and her father (Warwick) in the city of Dervarnish. Her father hired the group of adventurers to protect him and his cargo while they traveled to Hook Hill for business. Gabriella became enamored with the the idea of being adventurer due to the groups exploits. The party allowed her to join the group.

Occasionally she will take an opportunity to sing a ballad with her lute while on the road and at night she writes in her journal.

Larkain (Fighter)

Larkain is a large muscular human, almost 7' tall and he is well tanned. He has blue eyes and a small
diagonal scar on his left cheek that he got in battle. Other scars can be found on his body. Larkain seeks the good fight and hopes to use his strength to help those in need.

Larkain was born to a pair of farmers in the Gran March. He has an older sister that he has not seen in a while. Like most in the Gran March he joined the military. His physical stature made him a desirable candidate but his training went slow due to his lack of intelligence. He showed a great amount of will and stubbornness. His service was relatively peaceful, most of his duties were of more policing in nature, such as stopping bandits. Eventually Larkain's adventurous side called for him to seek out greater things to do for the world. After his time in the military finished he visited his family, at which time his father let him have the Maul he used during his adventuring days. Almost as soon as he sat out to find adventure, he encountered Robert Gregmore who enlisted his help in a finding justice for a fallen Knight.

While he does not worship any one god or goddess, during times of need Larkain has offered up prayers to Heironeous, Kord, and Fharlanghn depending on the situation.

Marcus Swiftarrow (Ranger)

Marcus is average height for a human, though he is an elf. He has pale skin and reddish brown, shoulder length hair and green eyes. There is a facial scar running from below right eye to the middle of right cheek. Three larger scars on back running from right shoulder blade to left lower back. Marcus is silent, sharing little and although he doesn’t cut himself off from people he meets, often withdrawn. He always prefers the solitude of the woods to a town or village.

Marcus was born in the town of Blackwall. His father was one of the town’s Huntmasters while his mother was a trader in forest goods and herbs. He was taught the ways of hunting, tracking, and silent movement by his father and grandfather. They also taught Marcus the use of the longbow which is made a name for himself in the tournaments hosted by Lord Berriman. Years later while on a hunting expedition with his father, grand father and Lord Berriman the group was attacked by savage gnolls. During the battle Marcus received his facial scar and Lord Berriman was struck a fatal wound and died soon after. Haunted by the memories of Lord Berriman's death Marcus began to wander into the woods further away from the town. There were things out there that he had never seen, and remaining in Blackwall would bring back too many painful memories.  He finally left Blackwall and headed towards Greyhawk, possibly never to return. He survives off the woodlands and follows the trader’s roads whenever possible. He hopes that he will leave behind the memories of that night in the woods and replace them with more pleasant memories. 

He frequently will be found sitting somewhere, watching the birds soar above him. He is fond of hawks and falcons and other large birds of prey.

Perowyn (Rogue)

Perowyn has a ruddy complexion and bright green eyes. Normally he keeps his reddish brown hair in corn rows but sometimes he wears it as a braid. Typically he wears clothing with dark colors such as blue, grey and black. He also normally wears a black cloak with a spider web pattern in it.

As a child, Perowyn always dreamed of going on grand adventures, fighting dragons and being a hero. He would play such games with his brothers and sisters. The reality was that he lived in a small poor community and he heard one too many bard tales of adventurers. Perowyn's dreams developed into a wanderlust. His mother never paid much attention to him so at the young age of 85 he set out for Greyhawk. He found that the city was nothing like the stories he heard. He was taken in by a master thief and taught how to pilfer a living.

Robert William Gregmoore (Paladin)

Robert is a roughly six foot tall full body male human. He appears quite hardy with a well defined body, broad shoulders, and slightly oval face. He has shoulder length sandy blonde hair, green eyes, and a slightly tanned complexion.

Like most Paladins, Robert can be summed up in a few words: Driven, Loyal, Courageous, Difficult, and a little Obnoxious. Many may find him to be off the beaten path, but cannot deny his bravery, skill, and devotion. Robert lives everyday in service to Heironeous, insuring that the forces of darkness remain in check, and to see that the principles he lives by are always enforced. He works well with others, since the battle against evil can't always be fought alone, but is capable of working alone.

Robert is from a small family of farmers. He was told from a very early age that he too would be a farmer; however fate had a different destiny for him. A vision when he was 9 told him that there was a different path chosen for him. Robert was not certain what it meant, but not long after a tragedy struck the family. Upon returning from the fields one afternoon he heard terrible news; his sister, her husband, and their children were killed in a raid by dark minions. Robert was greatly upset by this news and felt there was something he had to do. He recalled the vision he had before and looked for a local cleric and explained what he saw and what happened. After that he was brought to Edward the Brave a seasoned Paladin, and after nearly 10 years of rigorous training he was determined to be ready to go out into the world and do his duty to stem the tide against the darkness.

Tabitha (Cleric of Elhonna)

A half elf but she looks more like a human. She is tall and physically strong and has longish ruddy blonde hair.  Her ears would give her away if they were visible but they usually aren’t. She knew about her desire to follow Elhonna from the young age of 11 but she waited to travel to the cities and temples until her little sisters were old enough to help mother with the work on the farm. Tabitha is concerned about her family's well being.  

Tabitha grew up in a small farming community with her family. She has an older brother and 3 younger sisters. Her mother is human and her father is an elf. Like most of the communities children she was taught to read and write by her mentor, a cleric of Elhonna. She spent several years training and learning the teachings of Elhonna in her spare time. When she was at last able to leave her family the cleric gave Tabitha her old adventuring equipment. She also gave Tabitha a rough map of Flaness and its areas so she could travel. Tabitha traveled alone to the city of Greyhawk to see the wonder there. It was in the city she encountered Robert Gregmoore, Perowyn and Marcus.  

When her adventuring days are done, Tabitha hopes to return to her home and take over the temple of Elhonna there.
